McManis Faulkner partner Michael Warren has been named Chair of the Board of Directors for Family Supportive Housing. Warren previously served as Vice Chair and he has been a member of the board since 2015.
For more than 30 years, Family Supportive Housing has been guiding families from crisis to independent lives in our community. The nonprofit organization provides temporary housing and supportive services to approximately 180 families every year across the greater San Jose area.
An experienced trial lawyer and leader of the firm’s Employment Law practice group, Warren is a trusted advocate and advisor for employers on a variety of issues, including discrimination, wage and hour, harassment, disability accommodation, workplace investigations and class actions. He is also regularly called to represent and defend high-level executives in employment contract negotiations and disputes. Warren is a member of the American Bar Association and State Bar of California Labor and Employment Law sections. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law (2002) and his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine (1998).
