McManis earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (1967) and his B.A. in History, with Distinction, Phi Beta Kappa, from Stanford University (1964).

He represents a wide range of businesses, including technology companies, and advises on corporate and partnership matters. Faulkner earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (1978) and his B.A. in Sociology from Stanford University (1973).
Reedy was recognized in the “Appellate Practice” and “Family Law” categories for the third straight year. With more than 25 years of experience in civil litigation and appellate law, Reedy represents clients in family law matters. He has tried cases in both state and federal court and handles appeals in the Ninth Circuit and the California Court of Appeal on matters involving civil rights, constitutional issues, business litigation, land use and family law. Reedy also has experience handling anti-SLAPP matters and he is a frequent speaker on the topic. He earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law (1992) and his B.A. from Stanford University (1978).
