Tyler Atkinson published a byline article on Jan. 20 in the Daily Journal’s annual “New Laws” supplement. Titled “SB 470: Amends Code of Civil Procedure,” the article examines the law amendments to Section 437c of the Code of Civil Procedure and how the changes lighten the load of judges. The Law became effective Jan. 1, 2016.
