McManis Faulkner participated in a Sunday morning beach clean-up with Save Our Shores, a nonprofit marine conservation organization in Santa Cruz, California. Save Our Shores’ mission is to care for the marine environment through ocean awareness, advocacy, and citizen action. McManis Faulkner volunteers met at Cowells Project Beach (by the wharf), rolled up their sleeves and worked to clear the beach of trash.
