She matches client needs with team members’ availability and assists in tracking case needs, including case intake and client satisfaction.  She also oversees the potential client team.

Nicole’s knowledge of legal policies and procedures is extensive. Most recently, she was the case intake administrator.  In addition, she worked as paralegal on the civil litigation team playing a pivotal role, working with both attorneys and clients.  She started her career at the firm as a records assistant where she helped the legal teams with research, case management, documentation, and a host of other responsibilities related to preparing cases for trial.
