From oversight and management of trial deadlines to drafting legal documents, Galenstein assists attorneys across multiple practice areas. He has managed many types of cases including civil, family, and probate law matters. He has worked to draft, prepare, and respond to complaints, motions, discovery, and subpoenas. He recently helped a group of trial teams develop effective strategies for litigating remotely. His ability to collaborate with all members of his trial teams strengthens the firm’s ability to litigate successfully.

Galenstein was born and raised in San Jose, and is in an active member of the community. Galenstein plays a key role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
