Elise assists in preparing pleadings, court filings, and investigation assignments. She also keeps clients updated about the status of their cases. With over 35 years of experience as a civil litigation legal assistant, Elise is highly skilled in civil procedure, calendaring, and docketing, and well-rounded in state, federal, and local rules. She brings a high quality of work to every team she joins.

With a passion for service and giving back to the community, Elise is a role model at the firm and among the local legal community. She is a long-time active member of Santa Clara County Legal Professionals Association (SCCoLPA), where she previously served as Past President and now serves as Vice President. She also serves as the State Parliamentarian for Legal Professionals Incorporated (LPI).

In addition, Elise is a California Certified Legal Secretary (CCLS). This certification is achieved by passing a comprehensive examination on topics such as California legal procedures, legal terminology, reasoning and ethics, and communications.
