His work touches all areas of the firm’s practice areas including criminal law, family law, corporate law, and complex litigation. His carefully drafted briefs and memoranda become the basis for motions in limine, for summary judgment, to strike, and to quash.

James has experience in a multitude of civil litigation matters from serving as a former Summer Associate at McManis Faulkner, and as a Judicial Intern for Judges Barbara C. Hinton, John W. Kennedy, and Wade Rhyne at the Contra Costa County Superior Court.
