Judge Rules City Violated Brown Act in Little Saigon Dispute

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA - January 2017

Ending a decade long dispute, a Santa Clara County judge ruled that the City of San Jose violated the Brown Act, which requires open government meetings.
