She has litigated a wide variety of constitutional issues, including business regulation, privacy, campaign finance, lobbyist regulation, public employment, selective enforcement, illegal search and seizure, and excessive force. A CIPP/US certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Peek takes care to keep current on emerging trends in privacy law.
An active member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, Peek is currently a member of the High Technology Section. She is also a member of California Women Lawyers.
