Best in Family Law Again - Seven Years in A Row

For the seventh consecutive year, McManis Faulkner has been named “The Best in Family Law” by The Recorder, Northern California’s premier legal publication. The leading Northern California trial firm’s Family Law Practice was voted the top spot by the legal community through online polling and has been in the top spot every year since the survey’s introduction in 2010, earning it placement in the “Best Hall of Fame.”

“We appreciate that our peers continue to recognize our Family Law Practice,” said James McManis, head of the firm. “In selecting one of Northern California’s preeminent family law practices, our clients know they can count on a caring and high quality legal team – and the legal community continues to confirm they know it too.”

For more than 40 years, McManis Faulkner has represented individuals in family law matters. The firm combines a supporting, caring approach with strong, seasoned representation to create positive outcomes for all involved parties. McManis Faulkner regularly achieves successful outcomes for its clients in marital and domestic partnership dissolutions, separation disputes, child custody, and “move away” and abduction issues (domestic and international).

The Family Law Practice is highly regarded for its ability to resolve family legal issues with discretion and sensitivity, in addition to expertise. Complementing the practice are the firm's civil and business trial lawyers. The result is a powerful combination of family law sensibilities, business acumen and courtroom trial experience.

“The Best” supplement is published annually by The Recorder, a leading provider of California legal content produced by American Lawyer Media (ALM). The supplement lists the top three professional services and products as rated by the legal community through online polling. The “Hall of Fame” status is exclusively for honorees that have been ranked in the top three in their respective categories at least three times in the last four years.
