McManis Faulkner Names New Partner - Elizabeth Pipkin

McManis Faulkner elevates trial lawyer Elizabeth Pipkin to partner, giving another boost to the firm’s majority female partnership ranks.

“Elizabeth has been a big hit at the firm. She has taken on some of our toughest cases and succeeded based on her attention to detail and her ability to analyze complex issues quickly and efficiently,” said James McManis, head of McManis Faulkner. “Her partnership is well deserved and is a reflection of her in-depth legal knowledge and commitment to client service.”

Focused on civil litigation, Pipkin has represented Fortune 500 companies and charitable institutions in cases involving intellectual property, personal injury and securities fraud claims. She defended a major telecommunications company against trade secrets theft allegations by a former contractor; obtained injunctive relief freezing the assets of a hedge fund that had defrauded her client; and obtained a jury verdict – granting compensation that exceeded the provable damages – for a personal injury client. Pipkin received her J.D. from Harvard Law School (2001) and her B.A. from Brigham Young University (1998).
