Neda Shakoori will be a featured lecturer at the Enfuse 2016 Conference. She will speak about the distinctions between U.S. and international data privacy laws. In addition, she will cover the various legal issues that domestic, international and multinational companies may face when it comes to the discovery of prospective, current, or former employee data from wearable devices, BYOC/BYOD devices, and various social networking applications. Neda’s lecture aims to provide attendees with suggested best practices for access to and discovery of said data. Enfuse 2016 is a 3-day security and digital investigations conference which will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada from May 23-26.
