The Santa Clara County Bar Association Appellate Courts Committee selected Michael Reedy and Honorable Gregory Ward to serve as panelists for a MCLE seminar covering the effective use of standards of review in trial and appellate courts. Additional topics included motions for summary judgment, trial and post trial proceedings.
