Representative Matters

  • Argued precedent-challenging Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) appeal to the Ninth Circuit involving ancient remains found on the campus of UC San Diego.
  • Obtained favorable result for medical laboratory in trial involving alleged breach of oral contract arising from qui tam litigation.
  • Tried plaintiff’s federal civil rights action involving police misconduct.
  • Successfully defended a major Silicon Valley networking company against contractual claims arising from asset purchase transaction.
