Christine is a dedicated trial lawyer who enjoys untangling the complexities of the law. Her law practice emphasizes business and constitutional litigation, including privacy claims, contract disputes, unfair competition, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, and other business torts. She also frequently assists companies whose employees are harassed or stalked in obtaining civil restraining orders or other appropriate relief. Her clients run the gamut from individuals to small and mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Christine has been certified as a CIPP/US by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (“IAPP”) since 2012 and keeps current on emerging trends in privacy law. Drawing on her breadth of knowledge and experience, Christine relishes the challenges presented by developing areas of the law, and does not hesitate “to boldly go where no lawyer has gone before.”
Christine is an active member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, where she currently is the chair of the High Technology Section. In 2014-2015, she served as a member of Santa Clara Law School’s Advisory Committee on the Future of Law Career Opportunities. Previously, Christine served as co-chair of the SCCBA’s Rainbow Committee, and was a member of the SCCBA’s Board of Trustees, its Appellate Courts Committee, and the Conference of Delegates. Christine also served as managing editor of the Santa Clara Law Review, a mentor for the Leland High School Mock Trial Team, and a volunteer for the nonprofit agency, Fresh Lifelines for Youth.
